Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, communicating with prospective customers, explaining company products/services, generating leads, and maintaining good customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain company products, services, offers, and other relevant information clearly.
- Generate leads and identify potential customers through telephone calls.
- Follow up with customers and leads to convert enquiries into sales/business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, enquiries, and follow-ups.
- Handle customer questions and provide appropriate information or assistance.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for lead follow-up and conversion.
- Maintain professional and polite communication with customers.




- Provide regular reports regarding calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.

Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 12th pass; graduates are preferred.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good verbal communication skills in Odia and Hindi; basic English is preferred.
- Confident and polite telephone communication.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to convince and communicate effectively with customers.
- Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
- Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills.

Experience

Freshers: Can apply.
Experienced candidates: Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, sales, or lead generation will be an advantage.
