Location: Bangalore

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

CTC: 4 – 4.5 LPA (Maximum Monthly Net Take – 25,000 to 30,000)

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Executive – Accounts Receivables to join our Finance team. This role is crucial in managing customer payments, reconciling accounts, and ensuring timely collections, key to maintaining a healthy cash flow in our fast-paced food business.

Key Responsibilities

- Invoice Management:

- Generate and issue customer invoices based on dispatch and delivery records.
- Ensure GST and statutory tax compliance.

- Collections & Follow-Up:

- Monitor accounts receivable aging reports.
- Follow up with customers for timely payment via calls, emails, or visits.

- Accounts Reconciliation:

- Reconcile customer accounts regularly.
- Process credit/debit notes and resolve billing discrepancies.

- Reporting & Analysis:

- Maintain AR ledgers and prepare weekly/monthly aging reports.
- Contribute to cash flow forecasts and monthly closing.

- Cross-Functional Coordination:





- Collaborate with Sales and Logistics teams on billing/delivery issues.
- Assist external auditors with required documentation during audits.

- Documentation & Compliance:

- Maintain accurate records and ensure adherence to internal financial controls.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- B.Com / M.Com with minimum 4 – 6 years of AR experience, preferably in the food or FMCG industry.
- Proficiency in Tally, SAP, Oracle, or other accounting software.
- Excellent Excel skills and knowledge of GST, TDS.
- Strong communication, analytical, and follow-up skills.
- High attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a energetic environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Hands-on experience with ERP systems.
- Understanding of export billing (if applicable).
- Familiarity with food industry supply chain processes.
