Job Purpose:

VMC operation and programming

Responsibilities:

· VMC operating and setting.

· Part setting and programming 2D & 3D.

· Verified machines setting and programme control data for accuracy.

· Post a 3D programme through DNC software to machine.

· Set controls and regulated speed, feed, coolant flow and angle of cut.

· Daily work management like action plan monitoring rework and rejection.

· Support company production requirement at all times.

· Selection of tools to ease the operation

Requisite Skills:

Knowledge:

· VMC/CNC Manufacturing and Documentation knowledge

· Knowledge on production planning

· Design & Drawing Knowledge

· Abnormal Condition

· 4M Management





· Team Co-ordination

· Process Knowledge

Skills:

· VMC/CNC Machine Operation Process & tools Knowledge’s

· VMC/CNC Modeling & Programming

· Auto Cad Knowledge

· Die Steel Knowledge

· MS- Office Knowledge

Ability:

· Self-Motivation

· Internal Communication

· Dissemination of Information

· Implementation/Execution 5S

· Follow Safety Standards

Education:

B TECH(Mechanical) –D.M.E

Relevant Experience:

0-2 years of experience in any engineering industry

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
