Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with the sales team and customers regarding enquiries, orders, quotations, and deliveries.
- Prepare and share quotations, proposals, purchase orders, invoices, and other sales-related documents.
- Follow up with customers regarding enquiries, pending orders, payments, and deliveries.
- Coordinate with production, dispatch, logistics, accounts, and other internal departments to ensure timely order processing.
- Maintain and update customer databases, sales reports, order status, and MIS reports.
- Monitor sales orders from receipt to final delivery and keep customers informed about order status.
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues by coordinating with the concerned departments.
- Assist the sales team in lead management, follow-ups, and maintaining customer relationships.
- Track pending enquiries, quotations, orders, and payments and provide regular updates to the sales team.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of sales and customer records.
- Prepare daily, weekly,



and monthly sales reports as required by management.
- Support the sales team in achieving business and revenue targets.
- Perform other sales and administrative activities as assigned by management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline
- 1–4 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Support, MIS, or a similar role.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and basic formulas.
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Positive written and verbal communication skills.
- Customer-oriented approach with good problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of ERP/CRM software will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
