Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple hiring requirements effectively.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, references, and other channels.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate discussions and coordinate interviews.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and understand manpower requirements.
- Manage candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Negotiate salary and assist with offer and joining formalities.




- Ensure timely closure of assigned positions.
- Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in recruitment/HR.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing and screening techniques.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
- Good knowledge of job portals and recruitment tools.
- Immediate joiners / short notice candidates preferred.
