2. Ground Work & Strategy

- Product positioning & pricing strategy
- Competitor research
- Marketplace expansion planning (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
- Sales forecasting & reporting

3. Creative Direction

- Coordinate with content team for ad creatives
- Script ideation for reels & UGC
- Website banners & offer planning
- Product photoshoot coordination

4. Website & Marketplace Management

- Shopify management (or other platform)
- Product listing optimization (SEO, descriptions, pricing)
- Inventory tracking
- Offer & discount setup

5. Packaging & Dispatch Coordination

- Order processing
- Dispatch supervision
- Courier coordination
- Customer query handling
- Returns & RTO management
