About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Real Estate Agent to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential clients, understanding their property requirements, presenting suitable options, arranging site visits, and assisting clients throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and follow up with potential property buyers and investors.
- Understand clients’ requirements, budget, and preferences.
- Present suitable residential and commercial property options.
- Arrange and coordinate property/site visits.
- Maintain regular communication and follow-ups with clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Assist clients through the property buying process.
- Coordinate with the internal team and property developers when required.
- Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and client interactions.
- Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets.

Requirements





- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in speaking with clients and handling queries.
- Basic knowledge or interest in the real estate industry.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Sales-oriented and target-driven mindset.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
