Location: Manjeri, Malappuram

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SRC Mentor – Operations to mentor and guide students through practical learning and skill development in the field of Operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Mentor and guide students in Operations-related practical activities.
- Provide practical exposure to business operations and processes.
- Manage and mentor a group of 35–40 students from different domains under the assigned SRC, ensuring effective coordination, guidance, and progress monitoring.
- Support students in developing qualified, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback.




- Conduct practical learning and skill development activities.
- Guide students in applying their knowledge to real-world business situations.
- Support students in developing workplace readiness and professional discipline.
- Coordinate with students and relevant team members to ensure smooth execution of SRC activities.

Requirements

* Master’s in Operations, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

* Relevant industry or mentoring experience preferred.

* Good knowledge of business operations and processes.

* Strong communication, mentoring, and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to guide and motivate students.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
