Key Responsibilities

- Site Operations: Monitor daily construction activities, labor, and subcontractor workflows to match project timelines.
- Blueprint Interpretation: Read and apply structural drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications to guide on-site execution.
- Quality Control: Inspect materials and workmanship to guarantee compliance with building codes and project standards.
- Safety Enforcement: Enforce health and safety regulations, conduct site hazards inspections, and ensure proper use of protective gear.
- Resource Management: Coordinate equipment deployment, manage material deliveries, and resolve day-to-day on-site conflicts.

Requirements and Qualifications

- Education: Diploma or bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Proven hands-on work experience supervising construction sites or managing labor teams.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
