- Handle day-to-day store and warehouse operations.
- Maintain stock records and inventory accuracy.
- Monitor inward and outward material entries.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and tracking of inventory items.
- Coordinate with purchase and sales departments for material dispatch and receipt.
- Prepare GRN, delivery challans, stock reports, and inventory MIS.
- Conduct periodic stock verification and reconciliation.
- Monitor minimum stock levels and report shortages.
- Ensure timely dispatch of goods and proper documentation.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and discipline within the store area.
- Manage and supervise store staff and helpers.
- Coordinate with service engineers and logistics teams for material movement.
- Maintain ERP/Excel-based inventory records accurately
