Position: Process Analyst

Location: Coimbatore

Work Location: Work From Office - 5 Days (Mon - Fri)

Shift: Rotational (Night)

About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Process Analyst to join our Operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day process activities, ensuring accuracy, meeting productivity targets, and maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle day-to-day process and operational activities as assigned.
- Review, verify, and process data/documents with high accuracy.
- Follow established process guidelines, SOPs, and quality standards.
- Meet defined productivity, accuracy, and turnaround time (TAT) targets.
- Identify and report discrepancies, errors, or process-related issues.
- Maintain proper documentation and records of completed work.
- Coordinate with team members and relevant departments to resolve process-related queries.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and deliverables.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and suggest ways to improve efficiency.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Required Skills:





- Good typing and data-handling skills with robust attention to detail.
- Ability to work within defined deadlines and achieve assigned targets.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, particularly Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Good knowledge of Excel basic formulas such as SUM, AVERAGE, COUNT, IF, and basic arithmetic formulas.
- Understanding of VLOOKUP and XLOOKUP, including what they are used for, how they work, and how to apply them for searching and matching data.
- Basic ability to organize, filter, sort, and manage data in Excel.
- Basic web searching skills to find, verify, and collect relevant information from online sources.
- Ability to accurately enter and cross-check information obtained through web searches.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes, software, and tools.
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain accuracy while handling repetitive data-related tasks.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
