Associate – HR (Talent Acquisition)

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented HR Associate to join our Talent Acquisition team. The primary responsibility will be to manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain regular follow-ups with candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely closure of open positions.
- Handle salary discussions, offer coordination, and negotiations.
- Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers, and hiring reports.
- Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.




- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment/Talent Acquisition.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
- Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Positive knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
- Ability to manage multiple positions in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in FinTech, NBFC, Banking, or startups is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
