About the Role

D’LIFE Home Interiors is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Assistant Client Manager – Sales to join our Navi Mumbai team. The role involves lead management, client relationship building, sales conversion, follow-ups, and coordination with designers and internal teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle new enquiries and respond to leads promptly.
- Make outbound calls and follow up with active, inactive, and cold leads.
- Understand customer requirements and generate sales opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Prepare preliminary estimates and coordinate with designers.
- Follow up for token, part, and final payments.
- Maintain accurate lead and customer information in CRM/database.
- Coordinate with designers and internal teams for smooth project execution.
- Achieve daily calling and monthly sales targets.
- Ensure excellent customer experience and collect client feedback.

Candidate Profile





- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Robust sales, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Customer-oriented and target-driven.
- Confident in making outbound calls.
- Good organizational and relationship-management skills.
- Basic MS Office/CRM knowledge is an advantage.
- Experience in interiors, real estate, furniture, home improvement, or B2C sales is preferred.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
