Electrical Design Engineer

Key Responsibilities & Core Functions :

End-to-end design & engineering of electrical control panels (PCC, MCC, PLC panels). Prepare detailed Single Line Diagrams (SLD), schematic drawings, General Arrangement (GA), and terminal/wiring schedules.

Perform electrical panel modifications and maintain standardized revision documentation.

Inter-Department & Client Coordination Coordinate smoothly with shop-floor production, assembly technicians, site teams, and external customers.

Review engineering changes, technical clarifications, and design feasibility requirements.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED 3 – 5 Years (Hands-on)





Component Sizing, BOM & Switchgear Perform sizing and selection of cables, MCB/MCCB, contactors, relays, and switchgear protection devices.

Conduct accurate component selection and prepare comprehensive Bills of Materials (BOM).

Ensure designs strictly adhere to electrical codes, sizing standards, and project constraints.

04 Testing, Commissioning & Troubleshooting Support factory acceptance testing (FAT), site testing, and live commissioning.

Assist site engineers in electrical troubleshooting, signal validation, and loop checks.
