We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Soft Skills Trainer to develop students’ communication, interpersonal, leadership, and personality development skills. The trainer will conduct engaging and activity-based sessions to help students build confidence, improve their communication abilities, and prepare them for academic and professional success.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, Psychology, Education, Management, or a relevant field.
- Prior experience as a Soft Skills Trainer, Communication Trainer, Personality Development Trainer, or similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation and facilitation abilities.
- Good interpersonal and classroom management skills.
- Ability to engage students through creative and activity-based teaching methods.
- Positive attitude, confidence, patience, and solid mentoring skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
