Key Experience

- The candidate must have worked in the hospitality industry for a good amount of time, having knowledge of all the operations of the property right from housekeeping,
- F&B;, Maintenance, Landscaping, security, Room service etc.
- Must be able to manage the team and establish the robust reporting system for the management
- Responsible for the P&L; of the Club.

Roles and responsibilities

- Drive the social media content keeping in mind the club offerings and USPs.
- Train and build up the team.
- Prepare the Packages for the Food, banquet charges, lawn charges and inclusions in each of them.
- He is required to meet and tie up with the Large event planners, per month, for bringing in the events for the club lawns, banquets and all the event places in the club
- Invite them to the club, show them around the venue and give a presentation for the offerings.
- Send offers to them and close, min. 200 to 1000 people events in the mega lawns (yearly 15 events)(Avg. business per event Must not be less than Rs. 20 lacs)
- Bring Corporate tie ups and book the banquet for the corporate training,



retreats and product launches, ring ceremony, Birthday parties etc.(yearly 36 events)
- Bring tie ups with wellness coach, educational coach, wealth advisors seminars for the same and bring min, 3 such events per month (yearly 20 events)
- Bring Travel Planners tie ups for Weekend getaways and day trips. (min.100 nights x 3 rooms)

Funnel and 60 day plan

- Prepare the extensive list of Event planners, Travel planners, Corporates, other professional bodies, Wellness and life coaches, Educational coaches etc.
- Connecting with min, 60 such people/month
- inviting min. 20-25 such people /month to the site
- Creating the experience for them on site Presentation
- Send/give proposals
- Close 3 small events/month
- Close min. 1 large event/month except for the monsoons
- Start getting 3 bookings for the rooms per weekend
- understand any challenges of the above planners, if any

Pay: Up to ₹60,000.00 per month
