Job Description: Sales Executive – CA Office, Baner, Pune

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to join a CA firm in Baner, Pune. This is a field sales role focused on acquiring new clients for accounting, taxation, and compliance services such as GST, income tax, company registration, and bookkeeping.incruiter

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct daily field visits to businesses, shops, startups, and offices in Baner and surrounding areas (Aundh, Wakad, Hinjewadi, etc.).
- Promote and sell the CA firm’s services: GST registration & filing, ITR, audit support, company/LLP registration, bookkeeping, etc.
- Generate fresh leads through direct outreach, local networking, and referrals.
- Explain service packages, pricing, and perks to prospective clients clearly.
- Follow up consistently via calls, WhatsApp, and visits to close deals.
- Maintain daily activity reports (visits, leads, conversions) in Excel/CRM.




- Coordinate with the CA team for smooth client onboarding and documentation.

Requirements

- Graduate in any stream (B.Com, BBA, BA, BSc, etc.) – 2024/2025/2026 pass-outs encouraged.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi, English, and Marathi (local connect is a plus).
- Willingness to travel daily for field work within Baner and nearby localities.
- Comfortable using smartphone, WhatsApp, and basic Excel for reporting.
- Self-starter with a target-driven mindset and strong interpersonal skills.
- Prior sales/internship experience is advantageous but not compulsory.
