Key Responsibilities

1. Billing & POS Operations

- Operate the POS/billing system for customer transactions.
- Prepare accurate bills for sweets, snacks, bakery items, beverages, and other products.
- Ensure correct product quantity, price, discounts, and offers are applied.
- Generate invoices, receipts, and other required documents.
- Handle billing corrections and cancellations as per company policy.

2. Cash Handling

- Receive cash payments from customers and provide the correct balance.
- Handle UPI, QR, debit/credit card, and other approved payment methods.
- Maintain sufficient change at the cash counter.
- Verify cash and digital collections at the end of the shift.
- Report cash shortages, excess cash, or transaction discrepancies immediately.

3. Customer Service

- Greet and assist customers politely at the billing counter.
- Answer basic queries regarding products, prices, offers, and payment methods.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate complaints to the Outlet Supervisor when required.
- Ensure customers receive bills for every transaction.

4. Daily Cash Reconciliation

- Maintain accurate records of daily transactions.
- Reconcile physical cash with POS sales at the end of the shift.
- Verify UPI/card transactions against system records.
- Prepare and submit daily cash collection reports to the supervisor.




- Follow proper cash handover procedures.

5. Product & Order Coordination

- Coordinate with sales staff for product quantity and pricing during billing.
- Verify packed products against customer orders where required.
- Ensure special orders and bulk orders are billed correctly.
- Inform the supervisor about product pricing or system-related discrepancies.

6. Discounts & Offers

- Apply only authorized discounts and promotional offers.
- Verify discount eligibility as per company guidelines.
- Do not provide unauthorized discounts or make manual adjustments without approval.

7. Hygiene & Counter Management

- Keep the billing counter clean and organized.
- Follow personal hygiene, grooming, and food-safety standards.
- Ensure bills, cash, POS equipment, and other counter materials are properly maintained.

8. Compliance & Security

- Follow company policies for cash handling and financial transactions.
- Maintain confidentiality of sales and cash-related information.
- Ensure no unauthorized person operates the billing/POS system.
- Follow CCTV, security, and loss-prevention procedures.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
