About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Recruitment Intern to support our HR team in managing recruitment and employee-related activities at our Tiruppur branch.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in end-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing.
- Post job vacancies on relevant job portals and social media platforms.
- Source candidates through job portals, databases, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial candidate calls and coordinate interviews.
- Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate and recruitment records.
- Follow up with selected candidates regarding joining formalities.
- Assist with onboarding and employee documentation.
- Support the HR team in day-to-day administrative activities.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and candidate information.
- Prepare basic recruitment reports and status updates.

Skills Required

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.




- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to communicate with candidates professionally.
- Basic computer and MS Office skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and take responsibility.

Eligibility

- MBA / PGDM – HR candidates preferred.
- Freshers and candidates with a background in HR/recruitment may apply.
- Candidates with any degree and a strong interest in HR recruitment can also be considered.

Stipend/Salary: ₹10,000–₹12,000 per month
