Operations Executive to Managing Director

We are looking for a smart, organized, and proactive Operations Executive to the Managing Director who can help manage priorities, coordinate with teams, track tasks, and ensure timely execution.

This role is ideal for someone who is good at follow-ups, communication, organization, and getting things done without repeated reminders.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate directly with the Managing Director on daily priorities.
- Track tasks, deadlines, and important follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, vendors, and external partners.
- Schedule meetings and maintain action points/MOMs.
- Follow up with teams until assigned tasks are completed.
- Maintain Excel/Google Sheets trackers and basic reports.
- Prepare daily/weekly status updates for the MD.
- Assist with emails, documents, presentations, and business research.




- Identify delays or issues and bring them to the MD's attention.
- Handle business information with confidentiality.

Who Should Apply?

- Graduate with 0–1 years of experience; strong freshers may also apply.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Valuable problem-solving ability.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Strong follow-up skills.
- Most importantly — someone who takes ownership and doesn't need repeated reminders to get work done.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,500.00 per month
