Job Title: MC Check Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible MC Check Executive with a minimum of 6 months of experience in US International Logistics / Freight Brokerage. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in MC/DOT verification, carrier onboarding, insurance verification, and basic carrier compliance checks.

The candidate will be responsible for verifying carrier information, ensuring compliance with company requirements, and supporting the carrier onboarding process while maintaining accuracy and turnaround time.

Key Responsibilities

- Verify MC and DOT numbers of carriers using relevant databases and compliance sources.
- Conduct carrier profile verification and ensure that the information provided is accurate and up to date.
- Handle carrier onboarding and collect required documentation from carriers.
- Verify insurance certificates (COI), including coverage details, limits, validity, and expiration dates.
- Perform basic carrier compliance checks before approving carriers for onboarding.
- Review carrier authority, operating status, safety information, and other relevant details.
- Identify discrepancies, missing documents, or potential compliance issues and escalate them when required.
- Maintain accurate records of carrier information and documentation in internal systems.
- Coordinate with the Carrier Sales, Operations, and Compliance teams to resolve documentation or verification issues.
- Follow company SOPs and compliance guidelines while processing carrier onboarding requests.




- Ensure timely completion of verification and onboarding tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Monitor document expiry dates and follow up for updated documentation when required.

Requirements

- Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in US Logistics, International Logistics, Freight Brokerage, or Carrier Operations.
- Practical knowledge of MC/DOT verification and US carrier compliance.
- Experience with carrier onboarding and documentation.
- Knowledge of insurance/COI verification.
- Basic understanding of FMCSA requirements and carrier authority will be preferred.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer applications.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet daily targets.
- Willingness to work in US/night shifts, if applicable.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of FMCSA / DOT compliance.
- Familiarity with US freight brokerage processes.
- Experience working with carrier management or transportation management systems (TMS).
- Strong analytical and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
