Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of machinery and production equipment in our FMCG manufacturing facility.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Inspect, maintain, and repair mechanical equipment such as pumps, conveyors, motors, gearboxes, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems.
- Hands of Experience Planetary mixer operation and Inline filling machine maintenance (Single Head, Multi Head Filling M/C, Capping machine, Labelling machine)
- Assemble, install, and align machinery components, including bearings, shafts, couplings, and seals.
- Ensure proper lubrication of machinery and update maintenance records.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and ensure equipment reliability.
- Trouble shooting mechanical faults and breakdowns using tools, tests, and technical manuals.




- Replace worn or defective machine parts and ensure equipment operates within safety and performance standards.
- Calibrate and adjust equipment to ensure optimal functioning.
- Follow engineering drawings, schematics, and manuals for repairs and installations.
- Adhere to workplace health and safety standards (lockout/tag-out, PPE requirements, safe work permits).
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs, work orders, and inspection reports.
- Support installation, train operators and basic troubleshooting

Required Skills:

- Qualification: DME or ITI – Mechanical / Electrical.
- Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience in FMCG manufacturing/production environments.
- Hands-on experience in machinery maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Experience with Planetary Mixers, Filling Machines, Capping Machines, and Labelling Machines is highly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving, technical, and teamwork skills.
