Main Duties
- Staff Lead: Train, and make work schedules for team members.
- Sales Growth: Set sales goals and find ways to boost profit.
- Stock Control: Check inventory levels and order current goods.
- Customer Care: Solve customer complaints and keep service quality high.
- Store Safety: Keep the shop clean and follow safety laws.
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or a business degree.
- 2 to 4 years of work experience in retail or leading a team.
- Good speaking and people skills.
- Basic math and computer skills
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
