- Job Title: Machine Operator (Glass Processing & Fabrication)

- Job Summary: Responsible for operating, setting up, and maintaining automated glass processing or metal fabrication machinery to produce components within strict structural tolerances.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate specialized machinery such as glass CNC cutting tables, double-edging/polishing machines, drilling units, or aluminium processing centers.
- Load raw glass/metal sheets onto feeding tables using overhead cranes or vacuum lifting systems, ensuring proper alignment.
- Input operational parameters, cutting lists, and processing programs into machine CNC controllers or PLC units.
- Monitor machining cycles, check dimensional accuracy using micrometers, calipers, and gauges, and record quality logs.
- Conduct routine daily preventive maintenance, machine cleaning, coolant management, and immediate reporting of mechanical anomalies.




- Minimize material wastage, optimize nesting layouts, and maintain safety standards near high-speed machinery.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- Education: Diploma or ITI in Mechanical Engineering / Production Technology.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of direct operator experience within a glass processing facility, aluminium fabrication unit, or heavy engineering shop.
- Technical Skills: Machine programming/control operations, blueprint reading, mechanical maintenance, precision tool handling.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
