Position: Reservation Assistant
Department: Reservations / Front Office
Location: Rhythm Resort

Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly and organized Reservation Assistant to handle room reservations and assist guests with their booking requirements. The candidate will coordinate with the Front Office and other departments to ensure a smooth reservation process.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle room reservation inquiries through phone, email, WhatsApp and online platforms.
- Assist guests with room availability, rates, packages and booking details.
- Create, modify and cancel reservations accurately.
- Maintain updated reservation records and guest information.
- Coordinate with Front Office and Housekeeping regarding room availability and special requests.
- Follow up on pending reservations and payment confirmations.
- Provide accurate information about resort facilities, policies and services.




- Handle guest queries professionally and ensure timely responses.
- Assist with daily reservation reports and documentation.
- Maintain good communication with guests and travel agents.

Requirements

- Previous experience in reservations, front office, hotel or resort operations is preferred.
- Good communication and customer-service skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with hotel reservation systems is an advantage.
- Good telephone and email etiquette.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Presentable, polite and guest-focused.
- Ability to work in shifts and handle multiple tasks.

Experience: 1–2 years preferred
Salary: As per industry standards / based on experience

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
