Key Responsibilities:
Operations & Production
· Monitor daily production operations to make sure tasks stay on schedule.
· Coordinate with raw material suppliers, purchasing, and internal departments like Stores.
· Track inventory levels of raw leather, hardware, and finished goods.
Quality & Compliance
· Assist with quality control checks on leather goods.
· Ensure adherence to safety norms and company policies.
· Maintain records for audits, stock registers, and daily performance logs.
Team Management
· Supervise floor workers to achieve the Targets.
· Help train recent hires and evaluate worker performance.
· Resolve staff or customer issues quickly on-site.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
