Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to manage procurement activities, vendor coordination, material sourcing, and purchase documentation. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely procurement of materials at competitive prices while maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers and vendors.
- Source construction materials, equipment, and other required items.
- Obtain and compare quotations from multiple vendors.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery schedules, and other commercial terms.
- Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs).
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Follow up on pending orders and maintain proper delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with project, stores, accounts, and other departments for procurement requirements.
- Verify material specifications, quality, quantity, and pricing before placing orders.
- Maintain purchase records, vendor details, quotations, POs, invoices, and related documents.
- Develop and maintain good relationships with existing and new vendors.
- Monitor market prices and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Resolve issues related to delayed deliveries,



quality, quantity, and billing.
- Ensure procurement activities are carried out as per company policies and project requirements.

Required Skills

- Good negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of construction materials and procurement processes.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Ability to compare quotations and analyze costs.
- Good follow-up and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
- Knowledge of ERP/procurement software is an added advantage.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant procurement experience in the real estate/construction industry will be preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 2–5 years of experience in purchase/procurement.
- Experience in sourcing construction materials is preferred.
- Strong vendor network and negotiation skills will be an advantage.
- Candidates who can join within a short notice period will be preferred.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
