Eagle STAR/PACE Developer & L2/L3 Production Support Analyst Location: GDC Chennai / GDC HYD/GDC BNG ( If candidate is exceptional and having strong experience if they have location contraint, we can try for Remote) Work Timings:- The candidate should be willing to work in EST timings(Pure Nigth shift) Role Summary Seeking an experienced Production Support Analyst to provide L2/L3 support for Eagle STAR (Performance & Reporting) and Eagle PACE (Data Management) applications within an investment management environment. The role involves incident management, root cause analysis, data troubleshooting, release support, and stakeholder communication in a production setting (70%) and Eagle Star/pace Development (30%) Key Responsibilities Production Support (L2/L3) Monitor, analyze, and resolve production incidents within SLA. Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring/systemic issues. Provide functional and technical troubleshooting for Eagle STAR & PACE. Support batch processing, job monitoring, and data validation. Handle escalations and coordinate with development and infrastructure teams. Support release deployments and post-implementation validation. Prepare documentation, runbooks, and knowledge articles. Technical Skills Required Strong hands-on experience with: Eagle STAR (Performance, Reporting) Eagle PACE (Data workflows, Security Master, Pricing, Transactions, Ratings)



Oracle SQL / PL-SQL (data analysis & troubleshooting) Experience with Eagle Data Model Job scheduling tools (Control-M / Autosys preferred) Understanding of SDLC, change management, and production release processes Experience using ticketing tools (ServiceNow / Jira) Functional / Domain Expertise Investment Management / Asset Management domain knowledge Understanding of: Security reference data Pricing & corporate actions Portfolio positions & transactions Performance measurement concepts (TWR preferred) Experience Required 6+ years overall IT experience 4+ years hands-on experience in Eagle STAR & PACE support Experience in L2/L3 Production Support environment Soft Skills Strong analytical & problem-solving skills Ability to work under tight reporting deadlines Good communication with business users and PM teams Ability to work in onshore/offshore model Nice to Have Experience with FactSet or other performance systems Exposure to Eagle Accounting Experience in performance attribution environments
