- Supervising workflow: Coordinate repair schedules to maximize technician efficiency and minimize customer wait times.
- Quality assurance: Inspect completed repairs to ensure cars are fixed right the first time.
- Safety and compliance: Enforce safety rules and regulations in the workshop

Staff Management

- Hiring and training: Interview, hire, train, and evaluate service advisors and technicians.
- Scheduling: Build staffing schedules that match customer appointment volume.
- Leadership: Motivate the team and resolve internal conflicts or technical roadblocks.

Customer Service

- Resolving complaints: Address customer questions, explain repair costs, and handle disputes.
- Satisfaction tracking: Maintain high customer satisfaction scores (CSI) and build long-term client loyalty.

Financial and Inventory Management





- Budgeting: Prepare and manage operating budgets, payroll, and financial goals.
- Profitability: Monitor key metrics like average repair order (ARO) and labor gross profit.
- Inventory control: Order necessary auto parts, tools, and supplies while managing vendor relationships.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
