- Handle inquiries on IndiaMART, respond promptly, and convert leads into sales.
- Identify and qualify potential customers through IndiaMART and other online platforms.
- Negotiate terms, close deals, and ensure smooth order processing.
- Maintain qualified communication with prospects and existing clients.
- Update and track leads, follow‑ups, and sales pipeline.
- Build long‑term relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Monitor competitor activities and customer preferences to refine sales strategies.

Requirements-

- Proven experience in handling the IndiaMART dashboard and inquiries.
- Strong ability to convert leads into successful deals.
- Capable of handling pricing discussions and closing sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.




- Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Office, and online sales platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in Inside Sales, with hands‑on IndiaMART handling experience.
