Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Financial Analyst with 2–5 years of experience to support financial planning, analysis, reporting, and business decision-making. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, financial modeling knowledge, and proficiency in Excel.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare financial reports, forecasts, budgets, and variance analysis.
- Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends and business insights.
- Develop and maintain financial models and dashboards.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
- Monitor budgets, expenses, and key financial performance indicators.
- Conduct financial research and assist with business and investment analysis.
- Collaborate with accounting, finance, and business teams.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data and reports.
- Present financial findings and recommendations to management.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.




- 2–5 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A;, corporate finance, or a related role.
- Solid proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and financial formulas.
- Experience with financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools.
- Knowledge of ERP/financial management systems.
- Understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.
- CFA, MBA Finance, CA, or related certification is a plus.
