Key Responsibilities

- Booking Management: Handle direct and third-party channel bookings, keep room availability updated, and prevent overbookings.
- Revenue & Rate Strategy: Work with revenue teams to apply agile pricing, manage inventories, and meet sales targets.
- Team Leadership: Train, supervise, and mentor reservation staff while monitoring performance and telephone etiquette.
- Department Coordination: Liaise with front office, sales, housekeeping, and concierge teams to ensure room readiness and smooth guest arrivals.
- Reporting & Forecasting: Track booking trends, analyze market demand, and prepare daily or monthly occupancy forecasts.

Required Skills

- Strong communication and customer service abilities.
- Proficiency with hotel management software (PMS) or systems like Opera.
- Commercial awareness and strong numerical skills for data analysis.
- Problem-solving skills to handle guest complaints and special requests.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
