Location: Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh – Strictly On-Campus

Significant: This position is based strictly in Jabalpur. Candidates should be willing to work full-time from the institution's Jabalpur campus. Remote, hybrid, or non-Jabalpur arrangements are not applicable.Eligibility & Qualifications

Candidates should possess qualifications in the relevant discipline as prescribed by applicable UGC, AICTE and other regulatory norms, wherever applicable.

Assistant Professor – English

- Master's Degree in English / English Literature or relevant discipline with First Class or equivalent, as applicable.
- NET/SET/Ph.D. as applicable under prevailing regulatory norms.
- Candidates with relevant teaching experience will be preferred.
- Strong communication,



presentation, and student-engagement skills.

Assistant Professor – Commerce (Accounts / Finance / Taxation)

- Master's Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a closely related discipline with First Class or equivalent, as applicable.
- NET/SET/Ph.D. as applicable under prevailing regulatory norms.
- Candidates with expertise in Accounting, Financial Management, Taxation, Auditing, Corporate Accounting, Cost Accounting, or related areas will be preferred.
- Relevant teaching or industry experience will be an added advantage.

Assistant Professor – Mathematics

- Master's Degree in Mathematics / Applied Mathematics or relevant discipline with First Class or equivalent, as applicable.
- NET/SET/Ph.D. as applicable under prevailing regulatory norms.
- Candidates with relevant teaching experience will be preferred.
- Ability to effectively teach undergraduate-level mathematics and related courses.

Assistant Professor – Economics

- Master's Degree in Economics / Applied Economics or relevant discipline with First Class or equivalent, as applicable.
- NET/SET/Ph.D. as applicable under prevailing regulatory norms.
- Candidates with relevant teaching experience will be preferred.
- Knowledge of areas such as Microeconomics,



Macroeconomics, Econometrics, Business Economics, or related areas will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver effective lectures, tutorials, and other academic sessions.
- Prepare lesson plans, course materials, presentations, assignments, and assessments.
- Maintain academic records and complete assigned academic documentation.
- Mentor and guide students in academic and co-curricular activities.
- Support student projects, internships, seminars, and related academic activities.
- Participate in departmental meetings, academic planning, and institutional activities.
- Contribute to curriculum enhancement and teaching-learning initiatives.
- Participate in research, publications, conferences, workshops, and other scholarly activities.
- Support accreditation, quality-assurance, and institutional development activities.
- Maintain professional standards of teaching, student engagement, and academic discipline.

Salary & Benefits

₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month, depending on qualifications, relevant experience, subject expertise, and institutional norms.

Additional benefits may be applicable as per institutional policies.

Job Location: Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh

This is a full-time, on-campus position at Gyan Ganga Group of Institutions, Jabalpur.
