We are looking for an experienced business development executive/IT bidder to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in bidding, lead generation, client acquisition, and IT sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities through online bidding platforms.
- Manage and submit proposals on Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, and similar platforms.
- Identify potential clients and generate qualified leads.
- Communicate with international clients through email, chat, and calls.
- Understand client requirements and prepare suitable proposals.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into business.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Meet monthly lead generation and business development targets.

Requirements

- 1+ year of experience in IT bidding / business development / IT sales.




- Proven experience with Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, or other bidding platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good understanding of IT services and software development.
- Strong negotiation, follow-up, and client-handling skills.
- Comfortable working in a night shift (6 PM – 3 AM).
- Candidates with an existing client network or proven bidding record will be preferred.
