About Fingpay

Fingpay is a fintech and digital solutions company working across banking, payments, ERP, and technology solutions. We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented ERP Field Sales Executive to drive customer acquisition and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate recent business opportunities for ERP solutions.
- Conduct field visits to prospects and potential clients.
- Understand customer business requirements and recommend suitable ERP solutions.
- Deliver product presentations and demonstrations to prospective customers.
- Generate leads through market visits, references, networking, and other channels.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the implementation and support teams for smooth customer onboarding.




- Maintain regular follow-ups and update sales activities in CRM.
- Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor offerings.

What We're Looking For

- 1–4 years of experience in ERP Sales / B2B Sales / SaaS Sales / Field Sales / Software Sales.
- Good understanding of the sales process and lead conversion.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively for field sales.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Ability to identify customer needs and convert opportunities into business.
- Experience selling ERP, CRM, POS, SaaS, or other business software will be an advantage.

Compensation

Salary: Competitive, based on experience and current market standards.
Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives.
