Kaycee Engineers is a growing construction and engineering firm committed to delivering high-quality projects with precision, efficiency, and innovation. We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Site Engineer to join our team and oversee on-site operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the site
- Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and project timeline
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project managers
- Monitor material usage and manage site inventory efficiently
- Maintain quality control and ensure safety standards are followed
- Prepare daily progress reports and update project status
- Handle site measurements, billing support, and documentation
- Resolve on-site issues and ensure smooth workflow

Requirements:





- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in construction/site supervision (freshers with strong knowledge can apply)
- Solid understanding of construction drawings and execution
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting
