Job Summary

The Manager , Partner Experience CoE is responsible for leading Partner Program Operations, Program Assessments, Deal Registration Operations, and operational excellence initiatives that support NetApp’s partner ecosystem. This role drives operational efficiency, governance, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement while ensuring scalable and partner-centric processes.

The ideal candidate will combine robust people leadership, partner operations expertise, and project management capabilities to modernize operations through automation, AI-enabled solutions, and data-driven decision-making. Working closely with Partner Organizations, Sales, Finance, IT, and external vendors, this leader will enhance partner experience, optimize business processes, and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Job Requirements

Team Leadership & Development

- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team supporting partner programs, assessments, onboarding, and deal registration operations.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous learning, and operational excellence.
- Establish performance goals, development plans, coaching frameworks, and career growth opportunities.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and drive employee engagement initiatives.

Partner Program & Deal Registration Operations

- Oversee end-to-end execution of partner program operations, program assessments, partner onboarding, and deal registration processes.
- Ensure compliance with established policies,



governance standards, and operational controls.
- Manage deal registration programs, including approvals, escalations, conflict resolution, and process optimization.
- Partner with Finance, vendors, and internal stakeholders to drive operational effectiveness and continuous improvement.

Operational Excellence & AI Transformation

- Drive process standardization, governance, KPI management, and operational excellence initiatives.
- Develop and monitor dashboards, SLAs, and performance metrics to improve efficiency and service quality.
- Identify opportunities to streamline operations through automation, workflow optimization, and AI-enabled solutions.
- Collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams to implement scalable solutions that improve productivity and reduce manual effort.
- Maintain process documentation, operational playbooks, and governance frameworks.

Stakeholder Management

- Serve as a trusted advisor to Partner Managers, Worldwide Partner Organizations, Sales, Finance, IT, vendors, and leadership teams.
- Act as the primary escalation point for operational issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Facilitate governance reviews, operational planning sessions, and stakeholder communications.
- Build solid relationships and influence cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Program & Project Management

- Lead strategic projects focused on operational transformation, process improvement, system enhancements, and partner program evolution.
- Define project scope, timelines, success metrics, governance, and resource requirements.
- Manage risks, dependencies, stakeholder communications, and change management activities.
- Ensure successful project delivery aligned with business goals and measurable outcomes.

Job Requirement

Experience

- 10+ years of experience in Partner Operations, Channel Programs, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or related functions.
- 3+ years of people management experience leading operational teams.
- Experience managing partner programs, assessments, deal registration, channel operations, or partner governance activities.
- Proven track record of driving operational transformation, process improvement, and automation initiatives.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, IT, Partner Organizations, and external vendors.
- Hands-on experience implementing workflow automation, digital transformation, AI-enabled solutions, or process modernization initiatives.
- Strong project and program management experience delivering complex cross-functional initiatives.

Skills & Competencies

- Strong leadership, coaching, and team development abilities.
- Deep understanding of partner ecosystems, channel business models, and deal registration programs.
- Expertise in operational excellence, governance, process improvement,



and performance management.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
- Experience with CRM systems, reporting tools, workflow automation platforms, and analytics solutions.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment while managing multiple priorities.

Education

- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Advanced degree or related professional certifications preferred.
