Assist in the back-end analysis, client related and field activities

Major Responsibilities:

- Exposure in Real Estate advisory - Research, Feasibility studies, demand-supply analysis, highest & best

use reports, Financial Modeling & concepts

- Self-driven individual with execution & client query handling responsibilities. The position will have both

elements: primarily project execution/ delivery along with a support business development

- Execution skills- Report writing – Feasibility report, market research report etc., Market surveys, financial

modeling, making presentations.

- Maintain database of projects, developers, investors etc,
- Site inspections
- Presentation and documentation work

Competencies Required

- Financial Modelling
- Analytical Skills
- Report writing.

Qualification

- Graduation in Commerce, Finance or Statistical Background

Work Experience

- Minimum Experience –0-1 Year

Compensation : Commensurate with market
