Job Description:

Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee operations across assigned centers/projects.
- Lead and mentor center/project teams to achieve operational and program targets.
- Monitor project performance, KPIs, attendance, placements, and other key metrics.
- Coordinate with internal teams, partners, and external stakeholders.
- Ensure smooth implementation of programs and adherence to organizational processes.
- Prepare regular MIS and performance reports.
- Identify operational challenges and drive timely resolutions.

Requirements

Skills Required:

- Strong team handling and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Good understanding of project/center operations
- Robust analytical and reporting skills
- Willingness to travel across assigned locations
- Experience in the skill development/NGO/education sector will be an added advantage

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
