Job Profile: RA/QA Associate

1. Regulatory & Compliance

- Coordinate with regulatory authorities such as FSSAI, FDA, CDSCO, and State Licensing Authorities for

product approvals, license applications, renewals, and modifications

- Prepare, review, and maintain regulatory dossiers, undertakings, declarations, licenses, certificates and

compliance documents

- Ensure adherence to applicable regulations under the Food Safety and Standards Act, the Drugs &

Cosmetics Act, and related guidelines.

- Monitor regulatory documentation requirements and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders

for timely submissions and approvals.

2. Quality & Documentation

- Coordinate with manufacturing units regarding quality control parameters, Certificates of Analysis (COAs),

batch manufacturing records, specifications, and related documents.





- Follow up with vendors and manufacturers for required quality and regulatory documentation.
- Support quality assurance activities, including audits, inspections, and corrective actions
- Coordinate with manufacturing units for QC parameters, COAs, batch manufacturing records, and

specifications

3. Product & Artwork Coordination

- Review and coordinate labelling and artwork development in compliance with regulatory requirements
- Liaise with designers, printers, and manufacturers for the timely finalisation of artworks and packaging

materials

- Ensure accuracy of product information, claims, GTIN details, and statutory declarations

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
