About the Opportunity

IOSIS Wellness & Spa is looking for a high-calibre, polished and experienced Salon Manager to lead one of our premium wellness and beauty centres in Mumbai.

This is an excellent opportunity for an accomplished professional who understands luxury clientele, premium service standards, team leadership and revenue growth and is ready to take the next step in their career with a prestigious wellness brand.

We Are Looking For Someone Who Has:

- 6+ years of strong experience in premium or luxury salon, spa, wellness, hospitality or beauty.
- Proven experience managing a complete salon/spa centre and a sizeable team.
- Robust exposure to premium clientele, memberships, packages and high-value services.
- Excellent understanding of sales, targets, client retention and business development.
- Exceptional grooming, presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
- The confidence and maturity to manage VIP/premium clientele and resolve concerns professionally.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- A refined understanding of luxury service, hospitality and customer experience.

Preferred Background

Professionals with experience in premium salon chains, luxury spas, five-star hotels,



high-end beauty & wellness brands or premium retail are encouraged to apply.

Experience with reputed brands such as Lakmé, Geetanjali, Enrich, BBlunt, Jean-Claude Biguine or similar premium/luxury establishments will be highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead complete centre operations and ensure smooth daily functioning.
- Drive revenue, sales, memberships and client retention.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with premium clientele.
- Lead, train and motivate the salon/spa team.
- Monitor grooming, discipline and luxury service standards.
- Handle VIP client interactions and escalations with professionalism.
- Manage appointments, staffing, inventory and operational coordination.
- Ensure the centre consistently represents the IOSIS luxury brand experience.
