- Call and WhatsApp new enquiries, explain our programs, batches and fees, and convert them into enrolments (**~40% of your day**)
- Stay in touch with enrolled candidates — class schedules, mock interviews, client interview slots, and reminders (**~60% of your day**)
- Chase candidates who miss classes, mocks or interviews and get them back on track
- Log every call, follow-up and status in our CRM / Google Sheets — accurately, same day
- Pass candidate feedback and issues to trainers and the placement team
- Hit daily targets: ~60–80 calls and all pending follow-ups closed

## Who fits

- Explicit, confident spoken **English** (our candidates are IT job-seekers — they'll judge us by how you speak)
- Fluent **Telugu**; Kannada or Hindi is a plus
- Patient, polite, and persistent — you don't mind calling the same person three times
- Comfortable with Google Sheets / Excel basics
- Any graduate or undergraduate; telecalling, admissions, counselling or recruitment coordination experience is a bonus

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
