Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – B2B Sales with strong experience in the manufacturing/industrial sector.

The candidate must have hands-on experience in end-to-end B2B sales, from lead generation and customer acquisition to quotation, negotiation and order closure.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new B2B business and acquire new customers.
- Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.
- Identify potential customers through calls, references, networking and field visits.
- Visit customers, understand their requirements and present suitable products/solutions.
- Prepare quotations and commercial proposals.
- Handle pricing, negotiation and customer discussions.
- Follow up with customers and convert enquiries into orders.




- Maintain relationships with existing customers and develop new accounts.
- Coordinate with internal technical, engineering and production teams.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Requirements

- 8 - 12+ years of experience in B2B Sales.
- Mandatory experience in Manufacturing / Industrial / Engineering sector.
- Solid experience in end-to-end B2B sales.
- Experience in lead generation, customer acquisition and order closure.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings.
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech / MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.

Only candidates with relevant Manufacturing / Industrial B2B Sales experience will be considered.
