- Make outbound calls to customers for COD order confirmation and ensure timely confirmation of orders.
- Contact customers regarding order and delivery updates, including dispatched orders, delivery attempts, delays, and expected delivery timelines.
- Follow up with customers in case of failed deliveries, non-acceptance, or RTOs, understand the reason, and take appropriate follow-up action.
- Handle customer calls and order-related queries professionally, resolve basic concerns, and coordinate with the Customer Support Team for issues requiring further assistance.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, confirmations, follow-ups, and order-related updates.
Pay: ₹8,887.16 - ₹25,000.00 per month
