HOSTESS – JOB DESCRIPTION

Position: Hostess
Department: F&B; Service

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and greet guests warmly and professionally.
- Manage reservations, walk-ins, and seating arrangements.
- Escort guests to their tables and provide menus.
- Coordinate with the service team for smooth table management.
- Handle guest queries and assist with complaints when required.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area.
- Ensure excellent guest service and overall dining experience.
- Maintain proper grooming and skilled behavior.

Requirements

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality and customer-service attitude.
- Well-groomed and confident.
- Hospitality experience preferred; freshers can also apply.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
