About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Full-Stack Developer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in building bespoke websites, web applications, and e-commerce solutions.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of both frontend and backend development, experience working with CMS platforms and databases, and the ability to develop features from scratch. You should be comfortable debugging existing systems, integrating third-party APIs, and using AI-assisted development tools to improve development efficiency and code quality.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain custom websites, web applications, and bespoke features from scratch.
- Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, and/or Next.js.
- Develop backend functionality using PHP, Node.js, and/or Python.
- Work with CMS platforms including Shopify, WordPress, and Strapi.
- Design, manage, and optimise databases using MySQL, SQL, and PostgreSQL.
- Develop and integrate REST APIs and third-party services.
- Work with AI-generated code and UI, including editing, debugging, reviewing, optimising, and productionising AI-assisted solutions.
- Use Git/GitHub for version control, branching, code management, and pull requests.
- Identify and troubleshoot frontend, backend, API, and integration issues.
- Ensure websites and applications are responsive across mobile, tablet, and desktop devices.
- Follow basic web security practices, including authentication, API security, SQL injection prevention, and XSS protection.
- Assist with server, staging, production, and deployment activities.
- Perform basic functional and API testing, identify bugs, and implement fixes.




- Collaborate with designers, developers, SEO/content teams, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Write clean, maintainable, scalable, and well-documented code.

Required Skills & Experience

- 2–3 years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Robust understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Hands-on experience with React and/or Next.js.
- Experience with at least one backend technology: PHP, Node.js, or Python.
- Experience working with Shopify, WordPress, and/or Strapi.
- Good knowledge of MySQL, SQL, and/or PostgreSQL.
- Experience developing and consuming REST APIs.
- Familiarity with third-party API integrations and web services.
- Good understanding of Git/GitHub, branching, and pull requests.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of responsive web development.
- Basic knowledge of web application security.
- Basic understanding of deployment and server environments.
- Ability to work with and productionise AI-assisted code and development outputs.

Good to Have

- Experience with Magento / Adobe Commerce is a strong advantage.
- Experience working on e-commerce websites and integrations.
- Familiarity with cloud/server environments.
- Experience with automated or API testing tools.
- Understanding of performance optimisation and technical SEO.
- Experience working in an agency or client-facing development environment.

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone who is hands-on, solution-oriented, and eager to learn. The ideal candidate should be able to understand requirements, independently troubleshoot technical issues, develop solutions from scratch, and take ownership of tasks through development, testing, and deployment.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
