Junior Architect – Liaisoning

Job Summary

We are looking for a Junior Architect – Liaisoning to assist with architectural

drawings, statutory approvals. The candidate will work closely with senior architects,

consultants, clients to ensure projects comply with applicable regulations.

Key Responsibilities

 Assist in preparing and submitting drawings for various statutory approvals.

 Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants,

surveyors, and other project consultants.

 Prepare drawings for compliance with applicable development control

regulations.

 Visit project sites as required for follow-ups and inspections.

 Support preparation of presentations, reports, area statements, and other

project documentation.

 Stay updated on changes in development regulations, building codes, and

approval procedures.

 Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, elevations, sections, and

working drawings.

Qualifications





 Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch.) from a recognized institution.

 0–3 years of relevant experience in architectural practice, liaisoning, or

statutory approvals.

 Proficiency in AutoCAD is required.

 Knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape, Photoshop, or similar

software is an advantage.

 Basic understanding of building regulations, development control regulations,

and approval procedures.

Desired Skills

 Good communication and coordination skills.

 Ability to interact professionally with government officials and consultants.

 Good understanding of architectural drawings and technical documents.

 Valuable understanding of architectural drawings and construction details.

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
