Aesthetic Therapist – Skin, Hair & Body Treatments

Location: Mumbai – Nariman Point (On-site)

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Weekly Off: Sunday

We are looking for an experienced Aesthetic Therapist to independently manage and grow the aesthetic therapy vertical at Nuhealth, covering skin, hair and body treatments.

The ideal candidate should be hands-on with aesthetic procedures, confident with clients, commercially oriented and capable of managing the vertical with minimal supervision while contributing to calling, follow-ups, upselling and cross-promotion of relevant Nuhealth services.

Key Responsibilities

- Independently perform and manage skin, hair and body aesthetic treatments as per approved protocols.
- Conduct client consultations, understand concerns and recommend appropriate treatments in coordination with the clinical team.
- Manage treatment schedules, client follow-ups and post-treatment care.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, documentation and client experience.
- Build strong relationships with clients and encourage repeat treatments and packages.
- Make outbound calls and follow up with existing/recent clients for consultations and treatments.
- Drive ethical upselling, cross-selling and cross-promotion of relevant Nuhealth services, therapies and products.
- Identify opportunities to introduce clients to complementary skin, hair, wellness and aesthetic services.
- Maintain treatment records, client data and daily performance reports.
- Take ownership of treatment-related inventory, consumables and day-to-day vertical operations.
- Coordinate with doctors,



consultants and the internal team wherever required.

Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience as an Aesthetic Therapist / Skin Therapist / Beauty Therapist in a reputed clinic, aesthetic centre, dermatology clinic or wellness centre.
- Hands-on experience with skin, hair and body treatments.
- Good understanding of aesthetic procedures and client consultation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales, follow-up and client relationship skills.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and achieving targets.
- Well-groomed, professional and customer-focused.
- Ability to independently manage responsibilities and take ownership of the vertical.

Experience with laser treatments, facials, peels, PRP assistance, hair treatments, body contouring and other aesthetic procedures will be an advantage.

We're looking for someone who can combine strong aesthetic treatment skills with client relationship and business development capabilities, and take ownership of growing the aesthetic vertical at Nuhealth.

Work Location: In person – Nuhealth Centre, Nariman Point, Mumbai

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
