The Senior Manager – Operations will be responsible for overseeing marine engineering and ship-repair operations, ensuring equipment reliability and effective maintenance planning. The role includes supervising preventive and corrective maintenance activities, monitoring technical performance, resolving equipment-related issues and maintaining accurate technical records. The selected candidate will coordinate with vendors, service providers and internal departments, lead operational teams and ensure compliance with applicable safety, quality and operational standards.
