Profile: Sr. Architect

Experience:

7-8 years of relevant experience in architectural design and project execution. Solid knowledge of architectural planning, detailing, and construction processes. Roles:

1. Architectural Design & Planning

Develop architectural concepts, plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings. Prepare and review working drawings, construction drawings, and architectural details. Ensure designs are functional, aesthetically strong, and aligned with project requirements. Translate client requirements into practical architectural solutions. 2. AutoCAD & Design Documentation

Prepare detailed architectural drawings using AutoCAD. Review drawings for accuracy, dimensions, specifications, and constructability. Coordinate architectural drawings with structural, MEP, and interior design requirements. Maintain updated drawing sets and project documentation. 3. Project Execution & Site Coordination

Coordinate with site teams, contractors, vendors, and consultants for smooth project execution. Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings. Resolve design and execution-related issues at the site.



Ensure adherence to design standards, timelines, and quality requirements. 4. Client & Consultant Coordination

Understand client requirements and provide appropriate design solutions. Present design concepts, drawings, and project updates to clients. Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, and other consultants. Incorporate client feedback and manage design revisions. 5. Team Handling & Project Management

Guide and supervise junior architects and design team members. Allocate design tasks and monitor deliverables. Review team output for quality, accuracy, and timely completion. Coordinate multiple projects and prioritize work according to deadlines. 6. Design Development & Quality Control

Develop projects from concept stage through working drawings and execution. Ensure compliance with applicable building regulations, standards, and project specifications. Identify design issues proactively and provide effective solutions. Maintain consistency and quality across all project deliverables. Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch)
